Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return request through your customer account:

If you completed your purchase using only a phone number (without providing an email address), please use the return link included in your SMS order confirmation.

You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending us a clear statement (e.g. by email). Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will provide you with further return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After we receive the returned goods (or proof that they have been returned), we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

The refund will include:

• the full purchase price of the returned products; and

• the original standard delivery charges (if applicable).

Additional costs resulting from choosing an express or premium delivery option instead of the least expensive standard delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or personal care products that are not suitable for return once unsealed, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Products that remain unopened and in their original sealed condition may still be returned within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.
